Ideas for Childrens' Room Decoration

Finnish Mocha Pie

Do you need some sweet new ways to impress your sweetie? Try this delicious Finnish Mocha pie!

Filling:
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 2.5 dl flour
- 1.5 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 100 gr butter

Topping:
- 125 gr of icing sugar
- 60 gr butter
- 6 tablespoons coffee
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 teaspoon vanilla sugar

First prepare the filling mixing the eggs and sugar until they form a soft foam. Then a mix all dry ingredients and add them little by little with the egg & sugar foam and finally add milk and melted butter. Pour into the baking tin (we used one with 26 cm diameter). Bake in the lower part of the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees. Let the base cool down and prepare the topping.

Topping: Melt the butter, add coffee, cacao powder and vanilla sugar and then start adding icing sugar. Spread the topping over the base once cooled down. Decor the mocha pie with some chocolad sprinkes if desired!

Ripieno:
- 2 uova
- 1,5 dl di zucchero
- 2,5 dl di farina
- 1.5 cucchiai di cacao in polvere
- 1 cucchiaino di zucchero vanigliato
- 1 dl di latte
- 100 gr di burro

Glassa:
- 125 gr di zucchero a velo
- 60 gr di burro
- 6 cucchiai di caffè
- 1 cucchiaio di cacao in polvere
- 2 cucchiaino di zucchero vanigliato

Per prima cosa preparate il ripieno mescolando le uova e lo zucchero fino che formano una morbida schiuma. Poi un mescolare insieme tutti gli ingredienti secchi e aggiungergli poco alla volta con la schiuma di uova e zucchero ed infine aggiungere il latte e il burro fuso. Versare il ripieno nella tortiera (ca. 26 cm diametro). Cuocere nella parte inferiore del forno per 10-15 minuti a 200 gradi. Lasciate raffreddare il ripieno e preparare la glassa.

Glassa: Sciogliere il burro, aggiungere il caffè, cacao in polvere e lo zucchero vanigliato e aggiungere zucchero a velo alla fine. Stendere la glassa sopra il ripieno una volta raffreddato.
